2020 Pandemic Journal for Kids

With the current crisis, kids have been through so much. How are they holding up? How are they feeling and processing all that's going on in their world?

If you would like to give your kids an outlet to record their feelings, positive thinking, learning and growth during this unique moment in history, I have attached this pandemic journal.

Although I would say this is ideal for kids ages 6-12, you can definitely adapt it for younger preschoolers.  They could draw pictures, trace over a highlighter to strengthen fine motor skills or you could write in their thoughts for them.

Personally, we love the focus on being thankful, learning new things and seeing the helpers in our communities. This could be a great way for kids who are anxious or fearful to shift their focus during this time, and also have something to remember when they're older.

This journal includes 19 pages, which you can use and adapt to best meet your needs.

Take Care,

Sonia and Tim
